Hey! It’s been a while everyone~ I’ve honestly been in a slump for a long while and I just couldn’t really find the right mindset to take pictures of my figures. After a while, I finally got around to at least giving it a shot and I came up with a few good ideas! The first one, as you can see, is just three nendoroids doing their usual poses. Though I like to look at it as though there are two girls cosplaying as anime characters and there’s a guy…read more
Well, it’s been a loooong time since I’ve updated this blog, hasn’t it? I’m hoping to change that up in the next upcoming days. For now, however, I’ll just drop an audio blog. Hope you guys enjoy!
Hey guys! It’s been a long time since I’ve made an update to this page. Most of it can be blamed on my obsession with playing Overwatch. With the time I’ve had lately though, I managed to whip up something in regards to that. Hope you enjoy!
Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communications, offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation and execution. Ansel Adams I think one of the best things about getting into the toy photography hobby is getting to know more about others who are also involved in it! While we may share similar preferences on what we take a majority of our photos of, our perspective are all different! After getting to know more and more about each and every other toy photographer, I get a small idea of what their world looks…read more
I often find that the funniest comics are the ones that involve everyday life. So here’s something that I find happens all the time between a friend and I. Yes, long story short, I’m known as cow amongst friends. Enjoy!
After I was done with Soochi’s photoshoot (and a quick meal), I went back to the Waterfall Garden Park to take some pictures of the Archer figure I had gotten a while back. I was getting really tired of the same old backdrop that I used at home so I figured that I could at least make use of the time that I was going to be at Seattle for and take pictures of him. Thankfully the pictures came out alright. There were a lot of highlight clippings but it…read more
A while ago, I did my first little private photoshoot with Soochi with the help of my friend, Leyzee! This was my first time doing something like this (other than having one with my two friends) so I was a bit excited. Since Soochi was going to wear a casual and school uniform of normal Umaru, I chose two different spots so that it’d fit both costumes. So for these photoshoots, I chose the Waterfall Garden Park and the Seattle Central Library. I won’t show ALL the pictures since I…read more
So I’m getting pretty tired of the same setup that I have and I didn’t exactly have a lot of time to create something new. So instead of waiting until I figure something out and taking pictures of different nendoroids in the same background, I decided to just take a different approach altogether. Hope you enjoy!
To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them. -Elliott Erwitt If there’s one thing that toy photography has done, it would be how it’s changed my perspective on everything around me. Suddenly everything that seemed so normal has transformed into something interesting. My front lawn is suddenly a plateau, the (terribly messy) garage is now a grungy alley, and a…read more
Ahhhh I have been waiting for this day for a long time now! As some might know, Kara no Kyoukai is one of my top favorite animes of all time. Truly a diamond piece out of everything that I’ve seen so far. It really is a great movie series and I would highly recommend anyone watching it if you’ve got an interest in the superstitious/thriller genre. It’s got a lot of dialogue however, but it’s very well written and it will certainly be a great watch for those who like…read more
